· What is JANS! WebRing?
JANS! WebRing is the coolest adult movie fan community on the net and Howard's Archive is part of it. It is composed of both talented webmasters and happy members. The webring was initially built by myself (JAN), however I am now surrounded by the friendliest team on earth in order provide members and webmasters with all the support and stuff they need.

Technically, JANS! WebRing can be described as a huge network of adult websites linked all together by a useful navigation bar located at the top of every page. With the JANS! ID you have chosen at your registration, you can access the members lounge and the download areas of all the sites part of the Ring and download unlimited amount of full DVDs.

Best of all, you can make suggestions and movie requests to the JANS! WebRing webmasters via our website in order to complete your personal adult DVD collection.

· How does it work?
Once you have registered to JANS! WebRing and received your JANS! ID, you can access the member areas of all the sites part of the webring. Simply browse any site currently part of JANS! WebRing and type your JANS! ID into the JANS! Navigation Bar located at the top of the site. You will then enter the members lounge that gives you access to the download area and many other useful info. Repeat this simple login process each time you wish to access the download area of a JANS! WebRing site. If you experience any problem, simply contact our team. You will get help in a time matter!

· Why should I join JANS! WebRing?
JANS! WebRing is run by adult movie fans for adult movie fans. We are helping eachother to build and complete our adult DVD collection. Our community is friendly so don't hesiate to contact the webmasters at any time to request DVD titles you would like to see on the network.

· How much does it cost?
A JANS! ID is only $24.95 for a 30-day membership. With one membership you get unlimited access to all our websites without any extra charges. Please note that you will continue to get billed every 30 days until you cancel your membership. Don’t worry! Cancelling your membership is something easy, just use our Cancellation Wizard.

· Should I wait until the first of the month to sign up? If I sign up mid-month, will the first charge be prorated?
There is no need to wait. Your monthly membership fee is automatically billed on the monthly anniversary of your first charge. For example, if your first charge was on the 18th of the month, your next charge is on the 18th of the following month.

· How long do I have to wait before my account is active?
You don't have to wait. You will get your password instantly.

· Is there a limit on how many movies I can download?
There are NO restrictions! Just download whatever you want. And since the network is updated daily, you will never run out of movies to download. Download managers are, of course, allowed.

· I'm concerned about my privacy. What will be written on my bank statement?
Our charge will discreetly appear as "PAYCOM*iLookLLC" on your account statement. Our site name and link will not appear. Of course, we won't ever sell or give away your personal information or send any mail to your postal address.

· How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time through our Cancellation Wizard.

· How long does my access last after I cancel?
Your access lasts during the 30 days that you last paid for. For example, if you are billed on the 16th April and you cancel on the 20th, you will still have a membership until the 15th May!

· I have lost my JANS! ID and/or Password. How do I retrieve it?
To retrieve your login information, simply use the JANS! Reminder.

· I am trying to signup with my credit card but getting rejected by the billers. What should I do?
We suggest you to choose one of our other payment options: Online Check or Wire Transfer. Simply select one of these options on our registration page.

· My JANS! ID and Password are not working. What can I do?
It takes between 2 and 10 minutes for your JANS! ID & Password to be propagated on all our servers. If after 15 minutes your account does not work, just contact us - make sure to give us as much info as possible so we can fix the problem quickly!

· What video format are you using? Is it compatible with my computer?
We are using MPEG format for our movies, which is compatible with mostly every system (included MAC)

· Are your movies DRM protected (license acquisition)?
Not at all! You can watch movies downloaded from JANS! WebRing again and again even if you are not a member anymore.

· How do I Speed Up - Pause/Resume my downloads?
Simply use a Download Manager. If you don't know which one to choose we suggest PC users to use Free Download Manager and Mac users to use iGetter. They are FREE of charge.
